Gabby's Leafs Box Seats Contest Rules

The Contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) and who have attained the legal drinking age or older in the province of Ontario. Employees and representatives of the Contest Operator including its franchisees, franchisees’ employees, affiliate companies subsidiaries and members of the immediate families of such employees or representatives and persons with whom such employees and representatives are domiciled are not eligible to enter or win. For the purpose of the Contest, “immediate family” is defined as parent, sibling, child or any person residing in the same household or domiciled with any such employees or representatives.

No purchase necessary. You may enter via our on line “comments” section of this web site with full name, age email address and location you are entering your ballot to. All entries must be received before March 15th on line, March 21st on person on store. For the purposes of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, “receipt” of an entry occurs when Contest Operator’s servers record the entry information resulting from entrant clicking the “SUBMIT” button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of e-mail) does not constitute proof of entry. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of the entry is submitted. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider or organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain names associated with e-mail addresses. The potential winner may be required to provide Contest Operator with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Entries will only be accepted online. Limit of one entry per person or e-mail address.

Each week a name will be pulled from the eligible entries from each location. The time of the draw will vary from location to location. This ballot will be considered the weekly winner and will be awarded a weekly prize that may vary from location to location. During the week of the last draw the “weekly” winners will be asked to attend the FINAL GRAND Prize draw held at the location of entry. On Saturday the 21st of March. The eligible weekly winners will then be added to one final draw in which one name will be drawn and be awarded the GRAND PRIZE of two tickets to the ACC to see Toronto play on the 28th day of March in a private suite with other contest winners. There will be a total of 26 tickets awarded to the 13 winners. You may enter at ANY location during ANY televised Leafs game with no purchase necessary. Should you wish to purchase a Molson Canadian Draft beer during any Televised Leafs game you may entry again if you wish.

The Contest Operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event of technical corruption, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or any other technical problems, which may arise from time-to-time, destroying the integrity of the Contest. No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Contest Operator resulting from user attempts to participate in the Contest. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry and e-mail address will be deemed valid by Contest Operator in its sole discretion. Potential winners may be requested to provide Contest Operator with proof of identification and eligibility (address and birth date) and proof that the potential winners are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

By entering, the prize winners agree to sign a declaration, release and waiver of liability form, releasing the Contest Operator, its operating divisions, affiliated corporations and their respective officers, directors, employees, franchisees, participating Gabby’s outlets, agents, independent contractors, contest judging organization, advertising and promotion agencies (“Collective Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the Contest or the prizes awarded. The executed declaration, release and waiver of liability form must be returned within three (3) business days of the notification of the prize winner or the selected entrant will be disqualified and another prize winner will be selected.

g) By accepting a prize in the Contest, the prize winners agree to hold the Contest Operator and the Collective Releasees harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in any way connected with the operation of the Contest and use of a prize. The prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Contest or use or redemption of a prize. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Contest judges by the Contest Operator.
