Gabby's was founded in 1988 by a local Toronto family — a proudly Canadian brand — opening our first location in March 1989. From day one, we aimed to create a cozy, welcoming environment where guests could enjoy freshly cooked meals, great draft beer, and an extensive selection of spirits — all while watching major sporting events. For almost 40 years, Gabby's has grown into a beloved casual dining institution, welcoming over 40,000 guests a week across our 18 GTA locations.
